Terms of sale

These terms govern the sale of software licences on https://appmaker.us. Buying a licence means you accept them.

What you are buying

A licence to use our software, delivered as source code, on the number of production domains your tier allows. You are not buying the copyright, and you are not buying a subscription: there is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.

Price and payment

Prices are shown exclusive of VAT. Where VAT is due it is calculated from the country you select at checkout, shown on the summary before you pay, and included in the total you are charged. Nothing further is added afterwards.

VAT

• Customers in Bulgaria are charged local VAT.
• Consumers elsewhere in the EU are charged VAT at the rate of their own country, which we account for under the EU one-stop-shop scheme.
• Businesses elsewhere in the EU with a VAT number we can verify against the EU's VIES service are billed under the reverse charge, with no VAT added. You then account for it yourself.
• Customers outside the EU are outside the scope of EU VAT and are charged none. Any import or local tax in your own country is yours to handle.

If we cannot verify a VAT number at the moment of purchase, we charge VAT rather than assume. Contact us afterwards and we will correct the invoice.

Delivery

Your licence key and a download link are emailed immediately after payment clears. Cryptocurrency payments clear when the network confirms them, which can take longer. If nothing arrives within an hour, email us. The purchase is recorded on our side regardless of whether the email reached you.

Your right to withdraw

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because this is digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once download begins, and by starting the download you agree to that and acknowledge losing it. Our refund policy is what applies afterwards, and it is more generous than the law requires of us.

Updates and support

Each tier includes updates and support for a stated period. When that period ends the software continues to work exactly as it did; you simply stop receiving new releases until you renew. We do not disable anything you have already installed.

Licence validation

Installations validate their licence against this site. If we are unreachable, your installation continues to run on its cached validation. Our availability is not a condition of your software working.

What we do not promise

The software is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is free of defects or that it will suit a particular purpose beyond what this site describes. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us.

Ending a licence

We may revoke a licence that is being redistributed, resold in breach of its tier, or used to circumvent the domain limit. We will contact you first unless the breach is deliberate and obvious.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by contract.
