Install it, run it, push it as hard as you like. If it does not work as described within 14 days, email us. We will either fix it or refund you in full, with no awkward conversation attached.

What qualifies

If the software does not do what this site says it does, and we cannot fix it for you, we refund you in full. That is the whole test. You do not need to prove anything beyond telling us what went wrong.

What does not

Because this is source code you receive immediately, we do ask what went wrong first. A refund on a working product is not something we can offer.

Concretely, we cannot refund because you changed your mind about the project, because you bought the wrong tier when a cheaper one would have done, or because you want a feature the product never claimed to have. Ask us before buying if you are unsure. We would rather lose the sale than take money you will want back.

How to ask

Email support@appmaker.us from the address on the order, within 14 days of purchase, and tell us what is wrong. We answer every refund request from a person, not a form.

How you get the money

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, and are issued within five business days of us agreeing to one. Card refunds usually appear within a further few days; cryptocurrency refunds are returned to the address you paid from, at the amount in the invoice currency.

What happens to your licence

A refunded licence is deactivated. Any installations running on it stop validating, and you agree to remove the software from your servers.
